The most common hair transplant methods are FUT (strip) surgery, and FUE (follicular unit extraction) surgery. Both leave scars, particularly in the donor site, and can be challenging to live with as the hair continues to thin, making them harder to hide. For most clients, they also remove the option of shaving the hair as the scars would be too obvious.

Scalp micropigmentation, when performed by an expert practitioner, can hide hair transplant and other surgical scars and provide an effective concealment. Visibility of scars is reduced, whether or not you wish to shave your hair.

There are many options and outcomes that are best discussed with our lead practitioner during a free consultation, either face to face by email. We are usually able to provide an estimate of what level of concealment you can realistically expect, prior to going ahead with any treatment.
